The inspiration for Shaw Contract’s inaugural sustainability journal, Two Degrees, came from a desire to move away from a corporate sustainability report and create a dialogue. We created a thought-leadership piece to communicate the brand’s sustainability goals and highlight a diverse range of perspectives in art, science, and design. We debuted the journal at NeoCon in Chicago at a dinner and dialogue attended by journalists and design influencers. The public launch of the journal included a robust social media campaign, a website experience, and global distribution to Shaw Contract’s sales team.
